Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bliss Babysitters Mobile Application and any associated services provided by Bliss Babysitters. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the App. 

By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. 

1. Account Registration

• In order to access and use the features of the App, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Use of the App

We may use the information collected from you for the following purposes:

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use the App in any way that may interfere with its operation or any other user's use and enjoyment of the App.
• You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality or security of the App.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content").
• By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App.
• You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the App in accordance with the pricing and payment terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or as required by law.
• Subscription plans are automatically renewed unless canceled by the User. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting customer support.

5. Privacy

• Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our App except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from 

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
• By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
